Beyond the Bell Parent Handbook
Beyond the Bell is our Before & After-School Care Program for our elementary (K-6) students.
Hours
- Before School: 6:00am until the playground gates open at 7:30am
- After School: 3:00pm - 6:00pm
Program Fees
Registration Fee: A $70.00 (Non refundable) registration fee per student is required.
- $30.00 registration fee for camps
Consistent Schedule: A consistent schedule needs to be maintained for the entire school year. The consistent schedule option is for children who will attend on the same days or sessions each month.
- AM: $8/per day or $40/per week
- PM: $16/per day or $80/per week
- Half Days: Additional $5/per day is added to the PM cost
Pick your Day Schedule (Punch Card): Attending different days/sessions during each week. You can schedule each week before the invoice goes out. Pick your day schedule/punch card is only available for after school care.
- PM: $16/per day
- Half Days: Additional $5/per day is added to the PM cost and invoiced on half-days
Activities & Snacks
- Homework help, recreation, sports, science, technology, art, music, and more.
- Healthy snacks will be provided for before school and after school sessions.
Payment Information
All payments will be collected through the Line Leader portal. Upon registering your student(s) you will enter payment information to your account. Please contact our Beyond the Bell Director Rachelle Thomas at rthomas@bfcsaz.com if you have questions about registration or payment options.
